Case History:

A customer's computer occasionally failed to start windows. On rebooting it worked fine. Gradually it failed more and more frequently until it only worked in safe mode. A week later, all the computer did was start, display a few boot messages and seconds later reboot and keep rebooting until switched off. She took the computer into her work where they informed her that the hard disk was broken and that unfortunately they were unable to access it using their special tools. All her data, photos and work were lost. Bullitt was able to fix the faulty hard disk and recover all the data at a cost of £50. After advising the customer that the hard disk was nearly 10 years old and likely to fail again, she asked for a new hard disk to be installed, with all the original software and data at a cost of £40 labour plus £30 for the disk itself.
