I authorize Bullitt Home Computer Repair technician(s) to perform work on my computer. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bullitt Home Computer Repair from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on my computer.
Any hardware installations undertaken by Bullitt Home Computer Repair at the customer’s request will carry a 30 day installation warranty. Bullitt Home Computer Repair accepts no liability for mechanical or electronic defects in the equipment supplied by the customer. The aforementioned defects may be covered by the retailer who supplied the said equipment.
In the event Bullitt Home Computer Repair delivery of services is delayed, prevented or made impracticable by catastrophic events such as fire, flood, earthquake, or other catastrophes, power outages, internet service outages, equipment failure, or any other issues that are beyond Bullitt Home Computer Repair’s reasonable control, I understand that Bullitt Home Computer Repair shall not be held responsible for the delays or cost of the delays by such cause.
By hiring Bullitt Home Computer Repair to fix my computer, I agree that I have already done an adequate backup to retain all of my important data, and that if, in the course of Bullitt Home Computer Repair repairs, there is any sort of data loss I won't hold Bullitt Home Computer Repair liable.
I certify that I am the expressed owner of the computer system described in this document. In the event that I am found not to be the true expressed owner of this computer system, I assume all liability for any claim made as the result of the technical support rendered by Bullitt Home Computer Repair on this computer system, including those claims which assert negligence on the part of Bullitt Home Computer Repair.
